So maybe our baking is better than my joke telling. You’ve got me there! I decided to play with some baking recipes cause I’m bold and like to live dangerously. What was put together was a cross between a muffin and a loaf. Strawberry Oat muffins are a staple around this house. Everyone loves them and they don’t last long.

Mozzarella Sticks
Ahhh, formaggio fritto- fried cheese. You’d be hard pressed to find a soul able to deny the simply sinful sensations that go screaming through one’s taste buds at the mere sniff of the things. I’d even wager that all the conflicts in all the lands could be ended over a platter of gooey mozzarella sticks and a few pints of lager.

If you haven’t had a chance to take this kind of adventure I strongly suggest it! It was a lot of fun picking our own strawberries. We live in West TN so we visited Jones Orchard.
